Fire and Water Ball is a local cooperative puzzle-platformer game where two siblings with elemental powers are stuck in a decrepit temple. In Fire Ball (red) and Water Ball (blue), the two characters must cooperate closely to overcome environmental puzzles; each is only able to collect keys of their assigned color and is harmed by anything of the opposite element. Players will need to avoid increasingly difficult obstacle courses which require careful coordination, creative thinking, and precise movement so that both characters touch the exit portal after collecting all necessary items.
Fire and Water ball: How to play
Player 1 drives Fire Ball with WASD (W to jump) and Player 2 drives Water Ball with arrow key (up to jump), or touch for mobile. Before they reach the portal, the siblings need to gather all red (Fire) and blue (Water) keys, respectively, while being careful not to touch opposite elements – fire hazards for Water Ball and water pools for Fire Ball. Use your double jumps (press jump two times) to reach high ledges and coins. Success requires constant communication: timing simultaneous jumps across gaps, finding alternate paths when routes split, and using each character to hold down switches or make paths for their sibling. As the levels progress, they introduce moving hazards, and key placements that will really put your teamwork to the test!
